The marketplace
Logiquick connects people who want packages moved with independent riders who move them. The delivery price is agreed between customer and rider — Logiquick facilitates the match, escrow and tracking.
Escrow
When you accept an offer, the agreed amount is held in escrow from your wallet. It is released to the rider when delivery is confirmed, or returned to you if the delivery is cancelled or a dispute is resolved in your favour.
Commissions
Riders pay a commission per completed delivery (16% standard, 9% on Rider Pro). Customers pay no platform fee beyond the price they agree.
Prohibited items
No illegal goods, dangerous materials, cash shipments or anything that puts riders at risk. Violations lead to immediate account removal.
Disputes & liability
Disputes freeze escrow until resolved. Logiquick's liability per delivery is limited to the escrowed amount for that delivery.
