KYC-verified riders
Every rider passes NIN, licence and vehicle checks before their first trip. Repeat low ratings remove riders from the network.
Dispute resolution
Raise a dispute in the app and the escrow freezes immediately. Our team reviews evidence from both sides, typically within 24 hours.
Two-way ratings
Customers rate riders and riders rate customers after every trip — good behaviour is visible on both sides of the marketplace.
