Questions, met with straight answers.
Everything people ask before their first delivery — escrow, pricing, riding and coverage. Can't find yours? Support is a tap away.
Sending a package
How does name-your-price work?+
You post what you're sending, where it's going, and the price you want to pay. Nearby riders see your offer and either accept it or counter with their price — you pick whoever suits you. There's no meter and no surge you can't see: the price is agreed before anyone moves.
What can I send?+
Documents, food, market runs, large items, cartons and full bulk consignments — anything legal that fits an okada, keke, car, van or truck. Riders list their vehicle type, so bulky loads only go to riders who can carry them.
How do I pay?+
Through your in-app wallet. Top up by card or transfer, and the agreed price moves into escrow when a rider accepts. Cash never changes hands at the door.
What does it cost me as a sender?+
Only the price you agreed with the rider. Customers pay no platform fee — Logiquick earns from a commission on the rider's side.
Escrow & safety
What if the rider disappears with my package?+
Your money is in escrow, not in the rider's pocket — it only releases when you confirm delivery. Every rider is identity-verified (NIN, licence, vehicle photos) before their first trip, and their live GPS trail is attached to every delivery. If something goes wrong, you open a dispute and our team investigates with that evidence; unresolved deliveries never release the money.
When exactly is the rider paid?+
The moment you (or your recipient) confirm delivery in the app. Confirmation releases the escrow to the rider's wallet, minus Logiquick's commission.
What happens in a dispute?+
The escrow freezes immediately. Our support team reviews the GPS trail, photos and both sides' accounts, then either releases the money to the rider or refunds you in full. Most disputes close within 24 hours.
Are riders verified?+
Yes — every rider submits their NIN, driver's licence and vehicle photos, which our team reviews before they can go online. Ratings after every trip keep quality visible.
Riding & earning
How do I become a rider?+
Download the driver app, register with your email, choose your vehicle type and upload your NIN, licence and vehicle photos. Verification usually completes within 24 hours, then you can go online.
What commission does Logiquick take?+
16% on the standard plan. Rider Pro costs ₦6,500/month and drops commission to 9% — riders doing a few trips a day earn the fee back within the first days of the month.
When can I cash out?+
Any day. Earnings land in your wallet on delivery confirmation and cash out to any Nigerian bank account.
Can I refuse a delivery?+
Always. You see the route, package type and offer before committing — accept, counter with your own price, or ignore it. Nothing is auto-assigned.
Business & fleets
Can my business ship on account?+
Yes — business accounts get bulk posting, team logins, saved addresses and one itemised invoice at month-end instead of per-delivery wallet payments. Talk to sales on the For Business page.
I own motorbikes/vans — can I put my fleet on Logiquick?+
That's what the fleet dashboard is for: your riders under one account, dispatching, live tracking, earnings and payout statements. Apply on the Fleet Solutions page; approval takes about a day.
Is there an API?+
A delivery API with webhooks is available for business accounts — create requests from your own system and get status callbacks at every step.
